Goal Setting, Staying Focused on the “Prize”

Hello Extra Cash Systems Weblog readers/subscribers!
Happy New Year, and may 2009 be Your Year for Success and Prosperity…
I’ve a little announcement and then we’ll get on with keeping you informed about the very best Extra Cash Systems available to add money to your bank account and assure your success in achieving your home-based internet business goals.
You’ve probably heard of the Warrior Forum, widely acknowledged as THE #1 internet marketing forum on the world wide web. You may even have heard of Colleen Slater, creator of the Blog Inferno System.
Well, together, the WF and Colleen, have “conspired” to jump start more than a few internet marketers to get off of their duffs and get busy with posting to their blogs, and growing their online work at home businesses. At the end of this post, I’ll share with you the link to Colleen’s challenge on the WF.
Basically, the challenge is a 30 day one. To post every day for thirty days, valuable content to your blog, with several large cash prizes for the “best” content posted over the thirty day period. I’ve decided to jump in with both hands, so to speak (type), and try to grab up the TOP PRIZE of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS! Good Luck to all…
Goal Setting, Staying Focused on the “Prize”.
Now, for me (and maybe a few of you that are reading this), the toughest part of reaching the goals I’ve set for my information marketing business is staying focused on “one thing”, or one goal. I tend to get distracted easily, what with the e-mails, the forums, the whole of the world wide web – heck, with life in general.
One successful infopreneur, Sam Clarke, recently held a series of webinars called “The 16 Steps to Success“, and he offered it for FREE. I learned quite a bit from attending, and participating, in that series. One of the things that he stressed upon, that he said was one of the, if not THE most important things that one needs to do, to assure success, is to HAVE A PLAN. He taught that particular principle throughout the entire series.
Ross Goldberg, another successful infopreneur, recently held a series of webinars called “Ross Goldberg’s Virtual Masters Internet Marketing Seminar“. He brought together over twenty-five of some of the biggest names in online marketing to teach their area of expertise to folks, people just like you and me, just like a live event, but we were sitting at home! In a word? It was AWESOME. A common thread throughout each of the presenters’ sessions was the same thing I mentioned above, HAVING A PLAN.
What I’m going to do, and YOU should do as well, is sit down and write out an outline of my goals, MY PLAN, for what it is that I want to achieve, and what I need to do to meet my goals. I’m going to write out the “BIG PICTURE“; my desires, my why’s, my dreams, and then write out a daily action PLAN to meet those very things. For now, I’m going to tell you of one PLAN I have. I’m going to be right back here tomorrow, with another post…
Here’s some links to some of the things I mentioned above. Feel free to check them out!

Consider a letter to neighbors telling them about the property. Have a party at the house to create some buzz and interest. In short, be creative and apply strategies to get maximum exposure and build excitement.
